There is one exception to this rule in terms of what you can drink and that drink is green tea. Green tea actually helps with weight loss and is one of the best ways to lose belly fat. Having a cup of green tea in the morning and early evening can be helpful in losing belly fat, but you cannot put any sugar in you cup of green tea as that defeats the whole purpose. So just remember that the best way to lose belly fat besides nutrition and exercise is actually what you drink. Stay strong with this concept and you will see a less flabby stomach in a couple of weeks. Water isn’t the best tasting drink obviously but your body will thank you for it.
It is important to know that the best way to lose belly fat is a combination of the right foods and the right exercises. Another tip that will help you to lose belly fat is to cut the sugar out of your diet. The best way to lose belly fat revolves around eating foods that are low in sugar and sodium. For example, if you see anything over 8 grams of sugar you should stay away from it. Try to eat “real” lean foods that will benefit your body not harm it. You already know how I feel on what fluids you should drink but it all ties together. Drinks that contain sugar will kill your chances of getting a six-pack, no matter how healthy they appear to be. Even some fruit juices like orange juice will ruin your chances of losing belly fat, unless you drink it only once in a while. The best way to lose belly fat in terms of what you should drink is by drinking water and only water. Big shocker, right. But you wouldn’t believe how many people mess this step up.
